
Create a New User
1. Login to an email account that has administrator control of your domain at name at: http://mail.YOURDOMAIN (replace YOURDOMAIN with your domain name). Enter the first part of the email address in the Username box, enter the password for the account, and click Sign in. (Where you see Websites.ca and @websites.ca in the example picture, your domain name will appear)
2. Click Create new users
3. Enter the new user's First Name, Last Name, and Username (first part of their email address)
4. Google Apps automatically generates a temporary password for each new account you create. If you want to customize a user's password, click Set password. Then, enter the password in both fields. Passwords must be at least 8 characters)
5. Click Create new user
6. Click Print instructions or Email instructions
