
Cut, Copy, and Paste
When you copy wording from another program, the formatting can cause problems in the editor. Use the 'Paste as plain text' or 'Paste from Word' to paste informaiton, then set the formatting using the editor.
1. Login to your Account
2. Click on the page name in the menu to load the page you want to edit.
3. Click 'Edit' in the main toolbar.
4. Copy the wording you want to add to the page (Hint: hold down 'Ctrl' and the letter 'C' for a quick keyboard shortcut to copy), click the curser into the editing box where you want the wording to appear, click 'Paste as plain text' or 'Paste from Word' if you are copying from Microsoft Word.
Paste as plain text
Hold 'Ctrl' and the letter 'V' to paste, then click 'OK'. Use the editor to format the text.
Paste from Word
Hold 'Ctrl' and the letter 'V' to paste, check the boxes beside 'Ignore Font Face definitions' and 'Remove Styles definitions', then click 'OK'. Use the editor to format the text.
5. Click 'Save' to save your changes.
