Billing, Payments & Cancelling
Payment Methods
1. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), you can make a one time payment or we can bill your card automatically.
2. You can pay by cheque, payable to Websites.ca, P.O. Box 27212, RPO Winnipeg Square, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4T3
3. You can also pay by Paypal to: paypal@websites.ca (Note: make sure to include your Account Number when you are making a Paypal payment)
Overdue Accounts
1. Payments are due within 30 days of the billing date. All services are suspended (website and email are turned off) if an account is past 30 days overdue. If an account is 60 days overdue, the service is cancelled.
Cancelling Your Account
1. If you want to cancel your service, please let us know if there is anything we can do to fix the issue.
2. Contact us anytime to cancel your account. We will send you a back-up of your website and move any domain names we are managing for you so you can take over the yearly renewal and configuration.
3. We do not provide a refund for pre-paid services.
