WEBSITESCA INC. is a privately owned company operating since 1999.  Our head office is in Winnipeg, Manitoba and our Eastern Canada office is in Montreal, Quebec. As of January 2010 we are serving small businesses in over 500 cities and towns in every province across Canada and the territories with our All-in-One Website Service - a full-service website package, but with plenty of do-it-yourself tools.

History

Websites.ca began in December of 1999 as ManufactureNet with the idea - instead of focusing on flashy and expensive retail websites - of developing a simple and affordable website service for manufacturing, distributor and wholesale type businesses.  

By 2001, we were helping small businesses in over 100 cities and towns across Canada and expanding our marketing to all types of small businesses. We released the new version of our software, Mnet 2.0 and became Conlatus Internet Services. We opened our Eastern Canada office in Montreal in 2007.

In 2009, coming up to our 10 year anniversary, we decided that we wanted a new name that would clearly and simply say what we do. We wanted a name that was easy to remember, easy to pronounce, and didn't need to be explained. We acquired the domain name websites.ca in November 2009 and Websites.ca Inc. was born.

The Future

Our goal for the next 10 years is to become a market leader in Canada for providing a full-service website - but with plenty of do-it-yourself tools - to small businesses. A service that 'just works' so our customers can focus on what they do best - running their business.

We have been really listening to our customers to find out what they want and need so they can get the most out of their website and the Internet.
